On the Path....


Friend I am still on the path....witness comes and goes...gives me glimses but its not permanent....all i can say is that try to be conscious and aware of this as much as you can....so that one day it stays with you always....even while writing to me on the orkut just be very aware of what you are typing...what you are thinking...try not to act out of old mechanism but out of awareness....keep on coming back to the moment again and again...keep on coming back to yourself....our mind has a tendency to take us with you...just be aware of this...whatever mind is doing....start with the body....than go to the mind and than the feelings and then this emptiness....
osho has given only this sadhna...be aware all the time...a time will come when the explosion will happen and this energy will transform into pure awareness....
